The day will include a vigorous and uplifting vinyasa practise (I always provide options to ensure it is accessible to all levels), an introduction to pranayama techniques, a homemade and nutritious lunch, snacks, a slower-paced practise in the afternoon and a transformative sound immersion with amazing guest Justine Clifford to complete the day! 

The venue is the Wellness Barn in Marlow, Pump Lane N
