
About Vicky Roberts
I believe that yoga is for everyone—not just as a physical practice, but as a way of life. Beyond the asanas, yoga offers us tools to find stillness, clarity, strength, and connection—both to ourselves and to the world around us.
I began my yoga journey in 2017, originally turning to it to complement my CrossFit training. What started as a way to stretch soon became something much deeper. I quickly fell in love with the practice—not just for how it made my body feel, but for how it began to shift my mindset, my energy, and my perspective on life. That was the beginning of what I now know will be a lifelong path of growth, learning, and devotion.
Since then, I’ve trained in Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa and Yoga Philosophy, and I now teach from a place that blends strong, empowering movement with breathwork (pranayama) and meditation to help you tap into a more grounded, present, and connected version of yourself.
My classes are designed to build both physical strength and mental resilience, within a space that feels supportive, welcoming, and inclusive. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, I offer variations, modifications and progressions to help you meet yourself exactly where you are—and to keep evolving from there. I will always encourage you to surpass your perceived limitations and step into your fullest potential, while reminding you that fun, playfulness, and enjoyment are essential ingredients for a sustainable, long-term practice.
I also love mentoring other teachers on their own path, and I’m proud to be an authorised Level 2 Rocket Yoga mentor.
